Responsibilities:
Business Analysts (BAs) are generalists who work with case teams and are expos
ed to a wide variety of industries and capabilities. On each case, BAs find th
e right information, create and interpret analyses, and present their findings
to case teams and clients. Their work becomes the basis of the team''s strateg
ic recommendations. As BAs become stronger contributors to their teams, they
gain more client contact and broader strategic development responsibilities. M
ore than just "analysts" who report data and analysis "up-the-line," BAs are
core to how Bain generates results for clients.

Qualifications:
Business Analysts (BAs) generally join Bain directly after graduating college
or university with a Bachelor or Master degree. BAs are a diverse group of hi
ghly qualified people with extremely broad backgrounds - from economics to lit
erature, with and without deep analytic experience.
