MARS面经之“反馈”

我是11号上午9:30的面试                                                         
1个小时的面试当时感觉相谈愉快,却依旧被鄙视//sigh                               
我的面试官回复了我的感谢信,并提出了几点Mars看重的品质:                        
我这里列出来,希望对进入最后AC的XDJM们有所帮助吧。。                            
                                                                                
Basically, we were reviewing key competencies with clear focus on Learning      
Agility, which is an important indication on potential (how quick you can       
adapt yourself into Mars and grow in a high speed under the big pressure?)      
                                                                                
Besides, we also evaluate other behavioral competencies, incl. Motivating       
Others / Conflict Management / Creativity / Planning / Dealing with             
Ambiguity / Self Development / Build Effective Teams / Integrity & Trust.       
                                                                                
We cannot cover so many within 1 hour interview, so having set 3-4 focused      
factors for each interviewee according to the test result from previous         
stages.
