Professional career development opportunities in IDS
Systems Analyst / Systems Manager
Be responsible for IDS solutions in certain business area (e.g. Customer Team,
Plant, Brand Team and Service Line). Innovate, implement and leverage high im
pact IDS solutions for the business’s development.
Section Manager
Lead the IDS function within a business unit (e.g. Top Retailer Channel, Skin
Care Category, Market and Service Line). Be responsible for IDS portfolio mana
gement, master plan and deliver business operation critical solutions and serv
ice, and developing the IDS organization.
Associate Director / Director
Lead the IDS function for a large business unit/ function / service line (Sale
s, Supply Network Solution), establish IDS Strategy, Investment, Project Portf
olio, and Organization Design direction. Work closely with senior P&G business
leaders and global GBS/IDS leaders, as well as senior customers and suppliers
at the regional and global level.
