Your company,Siemens,will have an Annual Meeting on June 30th－one of the most
important events in your company each year.This year,200 People will partici－
pate the Annual Meeting:150 own staff,30 customer representatives from all
over China,15 government officers and 5 high-level managers from the headquar－
ter in Germany.
You are one of the sales team leaders,and you are selected to be members of the
executing team to prepare this event.Today April 25th,exactly 2 months before
the Annual Meeting,This is the first meeting the executing team meets together
to work out an action plan for the next 2 months.
Now you have 30 minutes time to work out an action plan,which you will present
to the GM of the company right afterwards.
