Research Analyst (Tianjin)

Job description:
Reports to Head of Research
Collect regular property news and development information
 Build and update property related databases
Write frequent research reports
 Perform consultancy reports on an ad hoc basis
 Give frequent internal and external market updates and
presentations

Requirements:
  University Degree (property, geography, economics or urban
planning preferred)
  Fully fluent in Mandarin, strong written and spoken English skills
preferred
  Two years experience with an MNC preferred
  Excellent ability using Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
  Critical thinker, creative and hardworking
  Previous experience in property or related field preferred
  Professional appearance and demeanor
  Presentation and public speaking skills preferred
  Proactive, fast learner, flexible, team player
