MajorResponsibilities:

1.A/PinvoicematchingwithinventoryinImpulsesystem

2.Monitorthevendorpaymentontimeaccordingtothecontractoragreementandapplythevendorpaymentintheonlinesystem

3.PaymentsettlementinImpulsesystem

4.InchargeoftheA/PSub-ledgerreconciliationwithGeneral-ledgerbeforefinancialsfinalized

5.Preparethevendorreconciliationonmonthlybasis

6.Communicatewithvendoraswellascrossfunctiondepartmentifnecessary



Requirements:

1.Collegeorabove,majorinAccountingorFinance

2.1--3yearsworkingexperienceasaccountant(alsowelcomenewuniversitygraduates)

3.GoodcommandofEnglish&Excel

4.Openmindedandgoodcommunicationskill
