软件质量工程师 Software Quality Engineer(Location: Beijing, Shanghai)
 
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring process capability, control and improvement by developing procedures and interpreting standards for a defined product line or segment. Assesses projects to analyze risks and costs and makes related recommendations. May develop the application of tools, methods and systems to ensure continuous performance improvements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
• Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope. Uses judgment within defined practices and procedures.
• Works under normal supervision. Follows established directions. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy.
• Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives. Failure to achieve results or erroneous judgements or recommendations may require the allocation of additional resources to correct and/or achieve project goals.
• Primary intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters. May provide guidance to non-exempt personnel.

硬件开发工程师Hardware Develop (Location:Shanghai)
 
GENERAL SUMMARY
EMC Hardware Engineering is looking for a Hardware Engineer to work as part of a global team focusing on the development and test of IA-based storage products. This position will require the ideal candidate to work with an established design team on cost-reductions, performance enhancements, and future product development in a global atmosphere. Daily and weekly activities will have you working with both engineering and manufacturing teams, as well as managing project schedules and reporting status. This position will have you working on the design and development stages all the way through testing of prototypes to ensure proper operation of the software. Strong technical communication skills, as well as a commitment to EMC’s core values and competencies are requirements for success.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review functional specifications and board designs
Collaborate with a global design team and provide regular project status
Interface with Joint Design Manufacture (JDM) on the development of IA-based board designs
Interface with external component vendors and technology partners
Participate in design reviews and develop test plans
Generation and review of specifications and design proposals
Coordinate lab bring-up and testing of prototype designs
Testing of hardware using both commercial and internally developed software tools and applications

SKILLS
Experience in the design, debug, and qualification of hardware systems
Direct experience with IA architecture and chipsets
Experience with high-bandwidth memory devices and standards
Excellent communication, technical skills
Ability to work with a cross-functional team
Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
Strong lab skills and experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and in-circuit emulators
Ability to work well both alone or in small teams
Prior experience with project management tools and methodology is helpful
Knowledge of server and storage systems, particularly RAID systems, is a plus
Experience with various I/O protocols, such as Fibre Channel, Gigabit Ethernet, and SAS/SATA is a plus
Experience with FPGAs and CPLDs is a plus
Knowledge of Analog Desi
