Volvo Group is looking for new employees to participate in the international graduate program 2008.

We are looking for highly motivated, recent graduates with leadership potential and a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, communication or logistics for permanent employments in the Volvo companies: Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, Volvo Buses (Prévost Car Inc.), Volvo Penta, Volvo Financial Services, Volvo Powertrain, Volvo 3P, Volvo Parts, Volvo Logistics and Asia Truck Operations.

Schedule
1. The application period starts August 29th 2007 and ends September 30th 2007. All applicants fill out the form available on volvo.com/Career/Job Opportunities/Available Positions.
2. Screening of applications will take place during October, and in the beginning of November a number of candidates will be booked for a first interview.
3. First interviews will be conducted during November and a second interview will be conducted in the beginning of December.
4. In January 2008, the chosen final candidates will go through an assessment center. This is the last part of the recruitment process.
5. By the end of January, the participating candidates should be chosen and all final candidates should be informed if they will participate or not.
6. The new program will start in the beginning of March 2008. (The second program is scheduled to start during the fall of 2008.) 

Job description:

The International Graduate Program offers a range of opportunities for professional and personal growth. The program runs for 12 months and includes job rotation, foreign placement, networking and training sessions. You are offered a full time contract with full compensation and you will, after completing the program, continue to work in the position you were recruited to.
