Morgan Stanley Nan Tung Bank is looking to hire new graduates with a passion
for the financial industry and its rapid expansion in China. Nan Tung Bank
is a Morgan Stanley wholly-owned subsidiary in China and was one of the
first foreign banks that offered foreign currency mortgage loans in Zhuhai.
Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm that pioneers the
global expansion of finance and capital markets and provides new opportunities
for individuals and investors alike.
THE ANALYST PROGRAM
Based on the individual interest, skills, and the firm's needs, successful
candidates will be hired into our Zhuhai office in Guangdong Province. The
bank will provide a unique opportunity for the new hires to leverage and
develop both their quantitative and analytical skills, as well as inter-
personal and communication skills. The new hires will start in the summer
of 2007.

JOB DESCRIPTION
·Develop new business initiatives and build or enhance client relationships
·Manage collateral and performance analysis
·Undertake research for understanding the credit of potential clients
·Assist in loan origination process
·Perform due diligence throughout the underwriting process
·Location: Zhuhai, Guangdong Province (Entry permit to Hong Kong required)
·Job Start Date: Summer of 2007
REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelor's Degree or above
·Outstanding academic credentials (strong quantitative skills and advanced
English proficiency preferred) coupled with excellent communication skills,
creativity, perseverance and tenacity
·The ability to deal with and adapt to continuous change and new challenges
·Ability to multi-task and understand complex concepts
