职位一、 射频硬件部 （RF Dept.）

射频硬件工程师 / RF HW Engineer

职位描述:
负责无线通信设备射频模块的开发，工作包括:
1. 射频关键参数分析
2. 射频子系统设计
3. 射频器件选型与评估
4. 射频子系统与射频系统的调试与测试
5. 撰写相关射频文档，如设计文档、测试文档等
职位要求:
1. 通信、电子及微波专业硕士以及硕士以上学历
2. 熟悉无线通信及通信理论
3. 具有较好的电子电路理论基础，包括模拟电路、数字电路以及高频微波电路
4. 具有一定的射频设计和测试的经验
5. 熟悉一些射频测试仪器 的使用，如频谱仪、射频信号发生器、矢量网络分析仪、矢量信号分析仪等

Job Description:
Be responsible for the RF development in wireless telecommunication system, including:
1. RF parameters analysis
2. RF sub-system design
3. RF component selection and evaluation
4. RF sub-system and RF system debug and test
5. Draft related document including design document, test document, etc.
Job Qualification:
1. MA degree or above in telecommunication, electronic engineering or microwave
2. Familiar with wireless communication，communication theory
3. Good background in circuit theory including analog, digital and high frequency as well as microwave circuits
4. Some experience of RF design and test
5. Familiar with RF testers, including spectrum analyzer, RF signal generator, vector network analyzer, VSA, etc.

职位二、产品验证部 （ PV Dept. ）
产品验证/测试工程师 / Product Validation / Testing Engineer

职位描述：
1. 保证产品的售前质量
2. 验证软、硬件系统的质量和稳定性
3. 设计测试内容，包括：功能测试、IOT、性能测试、稳定性测试和外场测试
4. 执行产品验证方案、测试结果分析、撰写报告等
5. 设定和保持测试环境，调试安装测试设备和测试工具
6. 通过团队协作跟踪并处理缺陷。
职位要求：
1. 通信、电子及相关专业硕士或硕士以上学历
2. 掌握C语言
3. 英文水平较好，可以将英文作为办公语言
4. 有3G ( TD-SCDMA, WCDMA ) 知识背景者优先
5. 熟悉通信领域的产品开发和测试
6. 有手机产品的软件设计、开发、测试的相关工作经验者优先
7. 熟练掌握3GPP 标准和CCSA标准者优先

Job Description:
1. Ensure product ( TD-SCDMA UE ) quality before delivering to customer
2. Validate HW/SW System Quality, Stability and Robustness
3. Commit test design include: Function test, IOT, Performance test, Stability Test, and Field Test etc.
4. Product validation procedures include: case execution, test result analysis, report writing etc.
5. Configure and maintain test environments, setup and manage test equipment and test facility
6. Follow defect status to fix it with the cooperation of development team
Job Qualification:
1. Master major in telecommunication, electronic engineering and related
2. Master C language
3. Good command of English, able to use English as working language
4. Prior 3G ( TD - SCDMA, WCDMA ) knowledge is preferred
5. Be familiar with product development and/or testing at telecommunication field
6. Experience (intern included) in handset product software design/development/testing is preferred

工作职责：
1. TD-SCDMA终端物理层DSP软件设计与测试；
2. TD-SCDMA终端物理层集成测试;
3. 现场测试支持;
4. 无线通讯和DSP领域新技术研究。
职位要求：
1. 通信、电子信息专业硕士，或本科两年以上相关工作经验，有扎实的通信理论基础；
2. 熟悉第三代移动通信空中接口相关技术；
3. 熟悉数字信号处理器的一般组成结构和其工作原理，了解数字信号处理器的应用，熟悉汇编语言和C语言编程，或熟悉VC++编程, 有相关经验者优先;
4. 良好的团队合作和沟通能力；
5. 英语六级以上水平，具备良好的专业英语读写能力。

Job Qualification:
1. Master of wireless communication or signal processing and relevant area, or Bachelor with at least two years relevant experience
2. Familiar with 3G wireless communication technology, especially Uu interface
3. Familiar with DSP architecture and theory, know how to implement DSP, Familiar with assembly and C language coding, or VC++ coding, relevant experience is plus

Job Description:
1. Assist quality manager on quality management processes implementation like support on quality related training planning, coordination and feedback collection
2. Assist quality manager on quality management related reporting and improvement actions follow up. Like status report on dashboard implementation, training status report and SEPG status report, etc.
3. Assist quality manager on quality related tools implementation like tools evaluation, implementation support
4. Assist quality manager on key quality issues identification and follow up

软件集成工程师/SW Integration Engineer

职责描述:
1. 负责基于在手机目标板上的软件集成和调试（基于ARM核），包括新版本和新功能的集成和验证
2. 测试并验证要发布的版本，并支持系统测试和产品测试人员完成测试
3. 支持客户完成软件的集成的修改，支持客户在集成过程中的错误定位和调试
4. 负责软件新平台的集成，包括新平台学习，软件编译环境的设置和支持
和架构工程师协作完成软件的结构设计和模块设计
职位要求:
1. 大学本科以及硕士以上学历，计算机科学，电子工程，通信相关专业毕业
2. 两年或两年以上C/C++开发和调试经验，有比较好的的C和汇编编程技能，掌握基本的软件工程知识最好具有基于ARM开发或调试的经验。
3. 具有在实时嵌入式操作系统上的交叉平台开发经验

2. Test and verify the delivery version, support system test and product test

5. Cooperate with system architect to define the software architecture and module design
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent

3. Experience in cross-platform development and testing for real-time and embedded operating systems is preferred
