China is the most important market for CISCO. Since first presence in China market back in 1994, CISCO brought not only the well developed network techniques, products and ideas, but also huge investment directly or indirectly that improves network innovation to forward in China. CISCO has become one of most recognizable participants and witnesses for the fast development of China information industry.

After the market entry, CISCO fastened its steps in China with setting up representative offices in Beijing (1994.08), Shanghai (1995.09), Guangzhou (1996.03) and Chengdu (1996.05). On 2nd June, 1998, the president and CEO of CISCO Systems Inc, Mr. John T. Chambers made his first visit to China after taking the post. He officially present a brand-new company - CISCO Systems (China) Ltd to direct all the business in China. In Oct 2005, CISCO China Research %26amp; Development Center (CRDC) has been started in Shanghai, and with 32 millions US dollars investment in 5 years, CISCO will dramatically enhance its products research and design ability in China.

By going through the development experience of countries around the world, Information network techniques has played a key part in improving productivity and innovation ability.  Job Descriptions %26amp; Requirements

This program is designed to expose selected graduates to entry level roles of different finance functions in China. The aim is to rotate these graduates to multiple roles, namely accounting, financial planning %26amp; analysis, payroll and tax roles within a 2 year period.

Within 2 years, selected graduates will gain the required 3Es and be exposed to different aspects of Cisco business. This will enable the graduates to understand how finance in Cisco help to drive a balanced scorecard in supporting the growth and profitability of Cisco.

Immersion into Cisco%26rsquo;s unique culture in an MNC environment will also enrich the graduates%26rsquo; exposure and experience and providing a strong foundation to their career. This will be a value add to the graduates in aligning with China%26rsquo;s push towards globalization.

Selection criteria:
Good degree in Accountancy or Finance
graduate at top 10% of class
well-rounded individual with non-scholastic achievements
strong command of both spoken and written English

Global Services Delivery:

Customer Solutions Finance:

help provide due diligence on rebates validation for partner pay-out
%26middot; generate report and provide analytics on business performance
%26middot; effectively collaborate with both controllers and business partners to drive discipline decision making

Tax Specialist:

Learning and assisting corporate tax affairs, including direct and indirect taxes
%26middot; Learning tax accounting and financial analysis to improve tax efficiency
