Assistant Manager（ECM）
Responsibilities:
Provide full support on ECM execution of various types of investment banking transactions in Hong Kong e.g. IPOs, secondary transactions etc.
Prepare all internal and external documents e.g. roadshow materials, powepoint presentations etc
Write and compile pitch books and business proposals in Chinese
Provide support on research, financial analyses, data mining and evaluation activities relating to ECM execution of investment banking transactions.
Assist in the arrangement and coordination of relevant events whenever necessary e.g. sales/syndicate/analyst briefings, investor presentations, roadshows, field visits etc.
Assist in the coordination and communication with both internal and external parties, e.g. sales department, settlement
