Keyresponsibilities:
主要职责：
a)Conductpolymersynthesis,polymercompounding,materialanalysis;performcompoundingandtestingactivitiesonsamplesandothermaterialrelatedexperimentsundertheguidancefromsupervisor.
有独立的工作能力，尤其在聚合物化学、有机合成、化合物分析方面有实际操作的能力，可以在指导下独立完成材料相关的实验的测试、检查等实验操作
b)Deliveraccurateexperimentalresultsinatimelyandeffectiveway,withhighquality
可以在指导下，及时准确的给出实验结果
c)Participateinequipmentaswellasdailymaintenance,tohelpmaintaintestingprocessingandequipmentingoodworkingorder.
根据实验操作程序，按要求维护和使用设备并保证设备可以随时使用
d)Complywithcompanyprocedures,safeworkingpracticesandguidelines,wellhousekeepinghabit,keep5Slevelasrequired
遵照执行公司的相关流程，安全工作的指导文件，保持工作环境清洁有序

Qualifications:资质
1.Bachelordegree(orpre-graduate)inpolymerscience,organicchemistry,finechemistry,physicalchemistryandmaterialanalysisorrelatedfield
o大学本科（或临毕业的大学三年级学生）聚合物化学、有机化工/精细化学/化学材料分析等专业毕业
2.Substantialbackgroundknowledgeintheareasofpolymerchemistry,physicsandprocesstechnology.
o比较强的聚合物化学/物理化学/化工工艺等专业知识背景
3.Verygoodproblemsolvingskills
o比较好的解决问题的能力
4.VerygoodcommunicationskillsinEnglish
o掌握基本的英语读写/沟通技能；
5.Verygoodinterpersonalandteamworkingskillsareessential
o比较好的个人沟通和团队合作能力
6.Highlymotivatedandproactive
o较好的行为主动性
7.GoodComputerskill:Abilitytocompiledatainpresentableformat(Excel/Word)
o掌握一定的计算机操作技能：可以熟练使用Excel/Word文件
