Interimandon-goingProjectSupervisorswillprovideday-to-da

yguidanceandcoachingtoInternsthroughouttheinternship.Internsareenc

ouragedtoactivelyseekfeedbackfromhis/hersupervisorandotherassociates

ontheirworkandoverallperformance.TheCompanywelcomesfeedbackfromth

eInternsastohowwecanmakefutureprogramsmoreeffective.

Aninterimreviewwilltakeplaceapproximatelyonemonthaftertheinternship

begins.

EndofInternshipEachinternwillreceiveawrittensummaryofperformance

andafeedbacksessionfromtheirrespectiveProjectSupervisors.
