GooverProjectBriefincludingdeliverables,timeframeandexpect
edstandardofwork.
UnderstandthepersonalobjectivesoftheInternintheinternship
opportunitywithWW.

FirstMonthAttendthebriefingsessionofWatsonWyatt
(e.g.WWgoals,values,policies)
Interimandon-goingProjectSupervisorswillprovideday-to-da
yguidanceandcoachingtoInternsthroughouttheinternship.Internsareenc
ouragedtoactivelyseekfeedbackfromhis/hersupervisorandotherassociates
ontheirworkandoverallperformance.TheCompanywelcomesfeedbackfromth
eInternsastohowwecanmakefutureprogramsmoreeffective.
Aninterimreviewwilltakeplaceapproximatelyonemonthaftertheinternship
begins.
EndofInternshipEachinternwillreceiveawrittensummaryofperformance
