lProvide7*24stand-byavailabilityduringthewholeAug,andguarantee1houronsiteifemergencytoperforminstallationforassignedcustomerstomakesurethecustomerssystemrunningcorrectlywiththelatestpatch/virusdefinition.Moreover,wewillcooperatewithback-endengineertoanalyzeandidentifythesourceofproblemsandexpeditesolutionwhenencounteringsomeseriousproblemsatcustomersite

lBasicKnowledgeofWindowsoperatingsystems

lBasicSystemtroubleshootingskills

l0–1yearsofwindowsinstallation/troubleshootingexperience;
