rnalcustomers.Departmentinchargetrainingneedsanalysis,curriculumsdeve
lopment,programdesign,programimplementation,instructormanagementect.


Responsibility:

1.Provideassistancetoinstructionaldesigner/SME/Principleduringcourse
developmentphase,suchastranslationandverifycoursematerialsintoEnglish
orChinese.

2.Organizeandlabelcoursematerials,simulationtoolsandfullprogram
packageappropriatelytosupportthelearningsessionsrollout..

3.Provideassistanceandworkingwithmarketingteamtocreatecourse
brochure,flyerandscheduleopenclasssessionsforprogrampromotion.

4.OthernormaladministrativesupporttoInstituteleadasrequired.


Knowledge/Skills:

1.EnglishLanguage—HighlyprofessionlevelonEnglishespeciallyinwritten
,expertknowledgeofthestructureandcontentoftheEnglishlanguageinclu
dingthemeaningandspellingofwords,rulesofcomposition,andgrammar.Eng
lishlanguageMasterdegreestudentispreferred.

2.Knowledgeofprinciplesandmethodsforcurriculum,trainingdesignand
